Prevention is better than cure!
If your neighbor’s have had termite problems, or you suspect you are in a termite prone area it may be wise to obtain a pest inspection. The cost of such an inspection compares favorably with the cost of eradication and possible repair to damage in affected areas.
I don’t have termites. Do I need to have an Inspection?
Recent studies show that 1 in 3 houses will suffer termite damage at some stage in the life.
An annual inspection can offer a cheaper alternative than a 7-10 year full preventative treatment.
We can bring other pest control issues to your attention at
the time of inspection.
My house is on a concrete slab, is it still at risk for termite attack?
Yes, even though your house is built on a concrete slab foundation you are actually at higher risk as there is no access to this area and therefore an area that is unable to be inspected. For this area to be inspected termites only need a gap of 2mm in concrete slabs to enter your house and display structural timbers.
